HOME CARE

Our home care is designed to support you with day-to-day personal and domestic tasks so that you can live as independently as possible in your own home.

We will arrange to visit you at a convenient time, to undertake an initial assessment of your requirements. Your support needs will be discussed; we will help you to devise a support plan which encompasses all of your needs.

When you are happy with the agreed support plan, we will arrange a start date and plan a rota of support times. You will know which staff to expect, and at what time.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we never send strangers to care for you in your home. We will ensure all staff assisting you are introduced by the manager that completed your first assessment. Once support starts, you will have a small team of regular staff supporting you, to ensure a consistent and smooth service is delivered.
